Uninterruptible Power Management with Transfer Panel
Standard control panels used in Güçbir generator sets provide comfortable and safe use. All measured and statistical parameters, operating modes, warnings and alarms, and the status of the generator can be easily monitored from the control panels. The metal body of the panel, which has an electronic control module and emergency stop button on its front face, is made of steel sheet and painted with electrostatic powder paint.
In addition to its high-quality standard panels, Güçbir also produces panel designs and solutions suitable for the special requests of its customers.
Automatic Control Panel
Designed for generator groups to be used as a backup for the network. When the network power is cut off, it automatically activates and provides the electricity obtained from the generator to the system. When the network power returns, it automatically transfers the load to the network and automatically stops the generator.
It has a microprocessor-based electronic control unit with protection and control features for the healthy operation of the engine and alternator group. This unit provides the possibility to control automatic-manual-idle test-load test positions as well as measuring devices for visual control.
Manual Control Panel
It is designed for generator groups that are desired to be controlled manually. It is especially preferred in cases where there is no mains electricity. Manual control panel; It ensures that protective measures are taken for the generator, monitoring and control operations are carried out. Protective measures are provided by microprocessor electronic control module.
Transfer Panel
Transfer panels are used to control and reliably transfer the output power of the generator set. For this, it must be in the norms and capacity to meet the output power of the generator set. Contactors, motorized switches, etc. are used in the panels of generator sets that are automatically activated. Control of the switchgear elements in automatic control systems must be done by the generator control unit. In manual generator sets that are manually activated, inverter switches can also be used together with the thermal-magnetic circuit breaker located at the power output.
